Delivery
Your painting(s) will be despatched within 24 hours of payment processing, via special courier. They will of course be extremely well packaged for transit, and fully insured. The parcels tend to be heavy as I use wooden panels to safeguard the paintings in transit.
Delivery & Packing costs are Free Of Charge within mainland UK (excluding some Islands and remote parts of the Scottish Highlands - see below). Please see below for delivery costs if you live outside of this area (Customers outside of the UK:- please be assured I will only charge you for my costs, I will not profit in any way from the Shipping Fees I state).
I also give Insurance for Transit of which I will not charge you any extra. This insurance covers up to 10kgs of weight (approximately 3 large paintings with packaging). Unlike some sites, I do not see it necessary to charge my customers delivery costs for any extra paintings bought, as I am charged the same amount for a set weight, i.e. approximately 10kgs.
Of course, if you live near enough, you are more than welcome to collect!

Returns Policy
I believe in total honesty, and customer satisfaction is my number one priority.
That is why I have a no quibble returns policy if you are not entirely happy with your purchase:-
If you are not happy for any reason whatsoever with your purchase, or have just changed your mind, please return it to us within seven days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.
Unfortunuately, shipping costs are non-refundable.
