About the Artist
Born in 1970 in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, Natalie Mason has used sketching and painting to depict her moods. She went on to study Fine Art, Drawing and Painting at the Regent Academy, London.
Today, she is still endlessly inspired by the vibrancy and diversity of our beautiful country, and of those countries she has visited, and continues to represent these vibrant colours in her work.
In 2004, after leaving her full time job as an International Buyer, to spend more time with her dear Father who was very ill, she decided to set up the Mason Contemporary Art Studio, and has never looked back. Business has grown, and Mason Arts now has many clients, from individuals to corporations, all over the UK and as far away as America, Canada, South Korea and Australia.
Artists Statement
Here at Mason Arts, we specialize in Modern Contemporary Canvas Art and Ultra Modern Abstract Art & Paintings for your living space, or office environment. From landscapes, Portrait work, and still life, to ultra modern abstracts and expressionism, we have paintings to suit every taste and budget.
All paintings are original, painted solely by hand, and are in no way digitally enhanced. Only the finest paints, mediums, and canvases are used, no exceptions.
If you prefer a chunky boxed canvas, or a canvas on board, we will cater for every taste. The canvases are professional, triple primed, stretched & have staple free sides, which are painted, so the paintings come to you ready to hang on your wall. Please take the time to view some of our most recent pieces in this portfolio, many of which are currently for sale. Furthermore, we do also undertake commissions, so please feel free to contact us to discuss your requirements.
All paintings come to you signed and dated, and are accompanied with Certificate of Authenticity, signed by the artist. You will also receive a care sheet, giving any specific requirements to ensure your painting remains as beautiful and vibrant as the day you purchased it.
If you purchase a painting, and are not entirely satisfied, we will accept return, and refund you...we believe in total honesty, and if you are not happy in any way, then we will refund you the purchase price upon safe return of the painting.
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, of that we promise you. If you are not happy with any aspect of our service, we will accept return for full refund of purchase price, as simple as that.
About our Art
As life turns so does Natalie’s art – Her surroundings often dictate her style. Natalie’s early years were spent studying form and subject, manipulating and pushing boundaries. Painting in different mediums and subjects so she could learn and ultimately grow as an artist.
A beautiful sunset, a tranquil brook, or simply a pose from her extrovert cat is usually enough for Natalie to get out her pencils and paints! She gains inspiration from things that are dear to her and near to her, as she lives near beautiful countryside, so Natalie never has to go that far to find something to please the eye.
In her very personal and unique style, her objective in art is to show feeling and emotion, to recapture and communicate this within an image, concentrating less on the reality of form and more on the impression it creates on the senses. She hopes to effectively convey these feelings to her audience.
Natalie works as a freelance artist and enjoys selling her original works of art to those who enjoy buying it!
She sells her work via this website, locally via carefully chosen outlets, and via commissioned work worldwide, also via websites such as Saatchi, ArtWanted.com and eBay.
